Most important have fun and stay safe as the roads are open, and we do our best to stop traffic, but ultimately, be aware for yourself.
During Covid registrations are limited, must be done on-line, and no drops-ins are permitted on the evening, sorry, we don’t like this either but it is necessary for now.

We will have an athlete briefing at 6:25, please wait to hear this before heading to the beach if you are not a regular.
Check out the course diagrams to see routes and any special notes about turn around and laps. There is a transition diagram too.
Also for Covid we are being monitored (and judged) on how well we adhere to protocols around distancing so please try to keep this in mind as you set up and chat before and after.
As we are outside; face coverings are at your own personal discretion or if you are not able to distance.
When running, try to stay to the side of the road as much as possible, ideally on the grass verge; car drivers from the East have the sun in their eyes and can’t see you that well.
We’ve been told that if you park on the grass by the main park where it says “no parking between signs” you’ll be ticketed. This hasn’t happened yet but be aware! There is other parking available.
Long course is 200m swim, 3 bike loops, 2 run loops
Short course is 100m swim, 2 bike loops, 1 run loop
(custom options allowed please advise the finish/registration marshal of your desires)
If you would like to volunteer we’d love that! no experience needed, we’ll show you.
